THE MAIN IMPACT/YOUR GOALS:
By coordinating and organizing effectively the employees’ workflow, CA acts as a link between our headquarters and our company subsidiaries. The role of a CA strengthens the relationship between suppliers, external associates, banks, and competent authorities. As a part of an administrative team, CA is responsible for supporting the strategic objectives of the management, by offering administrative support and legal assistance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/YOUR TASKS:
- Manage and organize effectively the functions of the company’s businesses
- Supervise the proper performance of the company’s obligations towards suppliers and other creditors
- Perform first-line desk operations related to payments, invoicing, processing internal
and external documentation - Promptly submission of reports, calculations, forms, and applications to the management
- Ensure the company’s equipment efficiency: keep records, document its condition, prepare its inventory and make sure the general condition corresponds with the documented records
- Maintain the company’s archive (both digital and analog)
- Organize and schedule meetings
- Support all administrative tasks requested by management
- Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed
- Supervise the functional business operations, taking care of the technical maintenance of the premises and equipment: verify its cleanse and functionality, anticipate activities in order to remove faulty equipment, and report malfunctions that might obstruct or disrupt the company business smooth operations
- Work accordingly to the processes and procedures of the company and the industry’s best practices
- Ensure a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment
WHAT WE CAN OFFER:
- Full-time weekday shifts (from Monday to Friday) in our headquarters in Hamburg (Germany)
- Occasionally paid business trips from Germany to Serbia

REQUIREMENTS/ WHAT WE ARE LOOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor degree
- Business administration experience
- (or 1-2 years of working experience on similar jobs) in a multinational environment.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English and desirable knowledge of German
- Ability to make quick and precise decisions based on a small amount of information
- Ability to prioritize and organize your tasks and have a proactive attitude when facing challenges
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Motivation to develop yourself professionally and personally
